Alli came to Emprise with ten years of collection agency experience where she was over all day to day clerical, cash, month end, reports, interface programming, workflow, and systems administration. In her years at Emprise she has mostly worked on system administration, development, and quality assurance. Having graduated from Franklin University, which she attended on full scholarship, Alli's background extends beyond programming to business administration as well as marketing.

James is the point person for data migration and ETL work. He has written a dozen migrations and hundreds of interfaces using numerous ETL tools. James combines deep knowledge of the receivables management industry with vast technical expertise. James is a graduate of the University of Toledo with a degree in Computer Science Engineering.James is one of Emprise's Certified Pervasive Integration Technicians (CPIT).

Having served as the Systems Administrator for one of the largest student loans collection agencies in the country, Brandon has worked with all aspects receivables management systems including interfaces, workflow, reports, action/result codes, letters, and dialer integration. In this role he became a security specialist. His years of experience led him through interface development to nearly every part of the customer financial area. At Emprise, Brandon has worked as the technical lead on several large conversions and implementation projects. He functions as the lead troubleshooter for any and all programming needs, and is also an extraordinary database programmer. Brandon is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Computer Science.

Mary has over fifteen years of industry knowledge and wide experience as a systems developer. She has worked on numerous client projects, taking the lead on several occasions. Some of her major projects while in development included the generation of the workflow concept for a legal system including legal action posting and judgment, and payment arrangements. Her work on several different teams has given her a broad background in every aspect of the receivables management systems. Mary is also a very skilled database developer. Mary holds degrees and certifications from both the University of Dayton and Ball State University.

Steve joined the Emprise development team during a period of company growth. A graduate of Bowling Green State University, Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in the Computer Science field and brings a mound skills to the development team. Given his experience and knowledge, Steve works closely with the R&D team as well.

Andrew's main focus has been on the creation and implementation of custom reports for clients, but he has worked on a variety of projects and has developed a large base of technical and industry knowledge. The reports have ranged from simple new business summaries to complicated transaction reports and everything in between. While writing reports Andrew has developed scripting to call the reports or to populate custom tables the reports will access. Unrelated to reports, Andrew has worked in Visual Basic, SQL, T-SQL, and Perl, including processors and interfacing to call custom reports, as well as created training materials which are used to train both Emprise employees and clients. As a graduate of Oberlin College, Andrew studied a broad range of computer science subjects including Artificial Intelligence, Graphics, Algorithm design, Database structures, and cryptography. Andrew is one of Emprise's Certified Pervasive Integration Technicians (CPIT).

Nick joined Emprise as a member of the rapidly growing Implementation team. His responsibilities include systems analysis, system setup and configuration, requirements gathering, solutions documentation, and system training. He works very closely with both the management and the development teams. Nick is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with degrees in Computer Science and Art.

Matt joined Emprise as a member of the growing Implementation team. He comes to Emprise with seven years of call center management experience in the ISP industry where he performed all job functions including resolving Businesses technical support issues, coaching call center agents, lead training sessions about best practices and new procedures, and helped increase revenue by creating and implementing new processes and strategies. His main focus includes systems analysis, setup and configuration, solutions documentation, systems training, and requirements gathering. He is a graduate of the University of Toledo in Business Administration with a major in Information Systems.

Chris joined the Emprise development team during a period of company growth. A graduate of ITT-Tech, Chris holds an Associate’s degree in software applications and programming and a Bachelor’s degree in project management. He has developed and deployed solutions in the medical, collections and, utilities industries. He is experienced in SQL, VB.net, C#, and C/C++ among other technologies.

Ryan came to Emprise with fourteen years of development, database administration, and ETL experience. His background includes experience with medical, automotive, and library data management systems. Relative experience includes to Fox Pro, VB.net, SQL, Oracle, Java, and Talend ETL. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Toledo in Business Administration with a major in Management of Information Systems. Ryan is one of Emprise's Certified Pervasive Integration Technicians (CPIT).

Stephan holds dual degrees in Computer Information Systems and Small Systems Support. His main focus is data collection and website development for the reporting of aggregated data. He is experienced in SQL, VB.net, and C#, among other technologies.

Jerry has been with Emprise since 2004 when he came on board to greatly alleviate the burgeoning administrative work that a quickly growing company requires. He works closely with the entire Emprise team to make certain that operations at Emprise run smoothly across the board. Although Jerry's educational background is in medical research, he has garnered an embarrassment of riches as an organizer and problem-solver in the workplace.
